Bootcamps and most online programs are cramping together skills that take years to master in a few months based on what the highest paying positions require instead of teaching skills gradually over time.

So this brings the problem of jr developers in 2023 not having enough practical skills for an entry level position and then not enough experience to be in a mid or senior role...
