I’ve been making this banana bread for years. It is the most forgiving recipe in the world.

2-5 bananas
Slug of vanilla essence
80g melted butter
150g brown sugar
Egg
1/2 tsp bicarb
205 g flour
Big dollop of full-fat yoghurt

Use a fork to mix together. 50 mins at 175.

Done!
