We have all seen what has been going on over the past week, and the discourse about institutionalised racism in America. It's no secret that certain groups get treated unfairly.

We do NOT support privileged people promoting communities destroying themselves.

@Slate Why is a media corporation encouraging the destruction of inner city, working class owned businesses? A lot of them black owned, too.

It's easy to do such a thing, knowing it will never affect your community.

@HarryDibbs_ @AyoCaesar All lives do matter, of course, but BLM was founded by black people to address problems that affect the black community. "Black Lives Matter Too" may be a more apt way of putting it.

No different to, say, the numerous Jewish led organisations that combat antisemitism.

@AyoCaesar Certain elements of people on the right view white people who believe in egalitarianism as "traitors." To them, Black Lives Matter is still just "Black Lives Matter".

Although you're Armenian and we're not, and you're entitled to your own personal views, I find your attitude curious. The fact the Armenian genocide is not widely recognised leads to ignorance about the event.

If it was more widely known, maybe this wouldn't have happened.

We, the 99 Percenters, aim to unite you, a very divided group of people, against the people implementing these divisions. We are not left or right wing. We are not liberal or conservative, socialist or nationalist, Christian, Muslim or Jewish.

We are simply pro-humanist.
