Being a fan is fundamentally and objectively about finding something you like in the thing you call yourself a fan of.

Yes. You can like some things more than others. And you can be critical of some things.

But if you claim to be a fan while in the same breath claiming that “George Lucas r€£^> my childhood,” or “Disney Star Wars isn’t Star Wars,” or “Anyone who likes the Sequel Trilogy is retarded,” you are not a Star Wars fan.

And if that is you, I welcome your hateful comments below and quote reposts. It will make it much easier for me to mute your account so I never have to read your filthy garbage again.
