The number you keep seeing online is wrong.
You have probably read that 69% of olive oil is fake. It is one of the most repeated claims on the internet, and it sent millions of people into a panic about the bottle in their kitchen.
Here is the truth. Most big brand olive oil is real. The largest testing program ever run in the United States, overseen by a biostatistician at Yale, looked at the brands that make up 85% of the market and found almost no adulteration at all.
So why am I telling you to be careful?

3 Bedtime Habits That TRIPLE Fat Loss In 30 Days
You did everything right today and your body might still store fat tonight.

These 9 Foods Repair DNA Damage, Reverse Aging & Kill Inflammation
Your DNA is being damaged right now.
Not because you are sick. Not because something is wrong with you. Every single one of your cells is under constant attack from inflammation, oxidative stress, and blood sugar spikes. And damage is happening every second of every day.
The real question is not whether damage happens. It is how fast your body repairs it.
I sat with that question for a long time. And what I found in the research changed everything about how I eat.
There is a study where 143 heavy smokers were given one of three drinks every day for four months: decaffeinated green tea, black tea, or water. Researchers measured a marker in their urine called 8-OH-DG, basically a fingerprint of how much DNA damage was happening inside their bodies. After four months, one group saw a 31 percent drop in that marker. The black tea group saw nothing. The water group saw nothing. Just the green tea group.
A third of their measurable DNA damage, gone. From a single daily cup of tea.
That is just food number one.

Doctors Got It Wrong... How I Would Use Aspirin to Unclog Arteries
Most people think a heart attack happens when an artery slowly gets clogged until it finally closes.
That's not what happens.
Roughly 70% of heart attacks occur in arteries that were less than 50% blocked. The person felt fine. The stress test came back clean. And then, out of nowhere, a life-changing event.
What actually triggers most heart attacks is a clot. Soft, inflamed plaque buried in the artery wall ruptures. Platelets rush in. A clot forms in seconds, not years. And that clot is what blocks the artery.
That's also why the aspirin conversation got so confusing.
For the right person, with real plaque and real risk, aspirin can genuinely help by making platelets less sticky before a rupture turns into a catastrophe. Pooled trials show it cuts the risk of a second heart attack or stroke by around 19 to 20%.
But for someone at low risk with no documented plaque, the bleeding risk may quietly outweigh any benefit. Same pill, same dose, totally different outcome depending on what's actually happening inside your arteries.
And here's what nobody said out loud during the headline chaos: aspirin does absolutely nothing about the environment that built the plaque in the first place. It doesn't touch blood sugar.
