@PitBossGrills Hey I have a question! 2.
1) I have a tailgater that won't get hot enough to fire the pellets. (I replaced the heat rod and pot to no avail)
2) I have a larger unit whose heat shield is starting to go.
Anything we can do? 🤔
Otherwise I love them and use them everyday!

@MidtownComics I appreciate your reply and I'm not trying to be rude. It's just sooooo frustrating and disheartening. Example: I only received Sinister War #1 and none of the rest of the series. I don't have time to micromanage the subscriptions to make sure I get everything in a 2 week..

@MidtownComics They're not just gonna tell me I'm outside a claim window and can't be helped, will they? That's what I've been getting. I've subscribed to a lot of titles for a year and have had a terrible time. I'm missing a LOT of issues and am just told that I can't be helped
