We accidentally built the most effective tool for landing new listings.
It scans 100M+ homeowners and sends hyper-personalized emails that book listing appointments.
It's so good, we're giving away free leads to the first 50 agents that reply "outbound" below (commission-share)
Been playing around with Antigravity the past few weeks, and my only conclusion is that all the negative reddit posts were skunkworks
I have around ~30 automated blinds in my house, and the default app they come with is terrible.
Had Antigravity 1-shot a replacement app, with advanced sun tracking. Researched how to connect to the blind motors + hub, wrote a local server and web app, and the app it wrote is literally 100x better with more features than the "stock" app. Synchronous blind motor activation, accurate sunrise/sunset tracking, app doesn't crash when looking at more than 10 blinds... Incredible

A demand-side problem you don't hear about in the US housing market:
Per-capita housing demand
The average household size has decreased from ~4.5 to ~2.5 over the past century.
This means without any population growth, you'd need to almost double the housing supply to keep things constant.
Anyone else noticing Gemini has been REALLY good recently?
It makes sense this would eventually happen

Why do founders resist "small" pivots?
Because admitting you were wrong about one thing feels like admitting you're wrong about everything.
But markets don't care about your ego. They care about solutions to real problems.

RT the first tweet to help others master AI prompting
Most AI prompts break in production.
Not because they're bad prompts.
Because they ask too much.
After 1000+ hours building AI systems, here's what actually works (& what Einstein had to say about prompting LLMs)

The counterintuitive truth:
Powerful AI isn't about complex prompts.
It's about simple, precise instructions.
Master this, and you'll be in the top 1% of AI builders.
