Who's ready for more snow!?
Finally something for Colorado. Denver snowfall forecasts are always tricky, and including a late season, higher sun angle, and warmer ground makes them even trickier.....
Stunning video shows an ultra rare phenomenon of iridescent clouds, which appears when sunlight interacts with lingering raindrops in the air after it rains.
UPDATE: Crews are battling the Cow Creek Fire in Florida, which remains 0% contained. Stay tuned to The Weather Channel for updates from Sr. National Correspondent @JMichaelsNews on the ground.
On the front line of the #CowCreekFire. Active #wildfire flames near Bronson, Florida.
This is an active wildfire burning out of control in spots, with more than 1,400 acres already gone and containment still low.
Crews with the Florida Forest Service are hitting it from the ground and the air, but conditions are stacked against them. Low humidity, extreme drought, and no rain in the forecast.
Homes are threatened. And this fire still has room to run.
We’re embedded with wild land firefighters with the Florida Forest Service on the frontline. You can see just how fast this is moving and what crews are up against.
If you’re anywhere near this fire, stay ready and evacuate when asked to do so.
@weatherchannel Is live in Florida 🔥

We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.
Just 1,500 feet (457 m) from the Artemis II launch, we deployed our special high-resolution, slow-motion camera to record the blast-off in jaw-dropping detail at 2,000 frames per second. Find out how we did it: https://t.co/MxKSqR5zes

Tomorrow, we launch.
At sunset tonight, Artemis II waits on the pad, ready to carry astronauts potentially farther than any humans have traveled in more than half a century.
The next era of exploration begins.
The countdown begins.
