We all want to be healthy.
But have you ever spent time deciding what being “healthy” specifically means for you?

-your life goals

Especially in times of failure and adversity.

But it's also one of the most important and rewarding things you can do.
Ask yourself: what has to happen physically, mentally and emotionally for you to feel “healthy” inside out.
