The Biodiversity and Sustainable Land Management Project funded by the @theGEF and implemented by the #GOSL and the @UNDP#SriLanka recently brought together field and office executives of the Janatha Estate Development Board (JEDB) for an intensive 2-day training on #SustainableLandManagement using the Farmer Field School approach.
Through field demonstrations, #Agroforestry model visits, and expert-led sessions on #biodiversity conservation, soil management, climate-resilient tea cultivation, and #SocialInclusion, participants strengthened their knowledge and skills to drive more #SustainablePlantation practices.
