@debs_obrien @cursor_ai Using this for most of the features that need some context, as this nicely researches, puts it to perspective and the implementation is usually bug-less as it has all its needs

And I agree, that based on this.

The direction this is headed, is to have multiple different AI models for specific things.

Like "Personal Accountant", that is, in fact, a model trained exactly for this purpose, and you might just use this model instead of your accountant.

But guess what, this model will be done and trained by... mostly the same people behind it

So we might shift from going towards AI for everything, but we (people) are those who provide the data, and always will.

Until we make AI live..., but that's another topic 😅

This is actually not really the reason.

I would do this too, as my ability to explain everything clearly and in detail is quite limited.

Especially with high expertise, you tend to speak language that normal people just won't get.

So asking AI to explain something in a specific way is pretty nice to do, as you can just forward that and it does its job.

Still won't replace the person behind it. As long as it is not just knowledge-related.

As knowing-it-all is not the only important thing. Experience is as well.

AI will more and more take the questions with all their context, which, without knowing what specifically you are asking, will take you a lot of time to get it to answer what you really mean.

My accountant I pay a lot of money every month just replied to a question I sent him with a 100% AI reply explaining something

The answer was helpful though so I could've just asked AI myself

Of course you know what I'm thinking now, if I can just ask AI everything since he is forwarding everything to AI any way, why not replace him with AI

I guess he should be doing the opposite of AI, sell a premium service for a high price (he already does) and keep answering with humans as accounting is something I'd prefer to actually get a human in the loop

To add to this

You are paying people for two things

Time + Experience

What you are referring to is time. Yes, you can use AI to answer all (most) of your questions, and it will get it right (even better in some cases).

But the time it might take you to get to that point is much longer than your accountant's.

I get this daily. People are like, AI does all of this for me.

They spend 3 hours and get it done, yet I can just do this in one prompt, which takes me 15 seconds to do.

While we both use AI, the experience + knowledge make quite a difference.

If you start replacing everything with AI, you will start losing time yourself, and the other way around.

Just as you could make yourself your own handcrafted wooden door, to measure, quality materials, for your new home. (AI would give you all the information, steps, and resources), But the experience of executing on top of that information won't.
