The Bank Holiday Weekend is coming up and so far it looks like perfect gin drinking weather.

The distillery cocktail bar is nearly fully booked but we have lots of outdoor seating available for walk-ins.

Amalfi Pole Dancer

• 1/2 lemon juice
• 20 ml sugar syrup
• 15 ml Lavendelicious Liqueur
• 20 ml Crème de mûre
• 4 drops blueberry essence

- Hard shake
- Double strain into tapered rocks glass over crushed ice
- Garnish with a twist of lemon zest and crushed raspberries

Kate and Gaynor went down to @therunnymede yesterday.

We make a gorgeous gin for them, The Runnymede Gin, with key botanicals of mango, orange, cassia bark and mint.

We also hosted a gin lunch for guests which went down fabulously, have a read of the delicious menu!

Lapsang Soochong Negroni

• 25 ml Gutsy Monkey Winter Gin
• 25 ml Lapsang Soochong syrup
• 25 ml Campari
• 25 ml Antica Formula

- Stir in a Japanese mixing glass with ice and strain into a teapot.
- Serve with tea cups, ice cubes in a sugar bowl and soda in a milk jug.

Did you know it's afternoon tea week 8-14th August? Our very own afternoon tea launches on the 19th August.

One of the cocktails at our tea is the Lapsang Soochong Negroni.

The sweetness of the Lapsang Soochong syrup balances the bitterness of the Campari & adds a smokey twist.

We have developed a pink grapefruit gelato with Rialto that has a Dancing Dragontail caramel sauce and sprinkled with a light dusting of cardamom.

It’s amazingly creamy and delicious but also very refreshing with hints of Dancing Dragontail Summer Gin.
