The @NeipGhana has commenced training of over 24,000 applicants in the "YOUTH IN INNOVATIVE AGRICULTURE PROGRAMME under the GHANA CARES 'OBAATAN PA' PROGRAMME.

That is why when an MP like Doe Adjaho was nominated as speaker his seat was declared vacant

You only lose your original vote as a deputy speaker. The main speaker who is not an MP doesnt have an original or casting vote. A deputy speaker has only a casting vote.

The reason why he doesnt lose his vote is bcos a deputy speaker is still an MP whereas a speaker isn't.
