Really disappointed with my experience with @ZeptoNow.

Paid ₹258 online, but the order was still marked as COD. Customer care confirmed cancellation, yet it still arrived and I had to pay AGAIN.

Also, one item was missing and I only got a useless coupon.

Unacceptable.
