David Gingras is a lot of things, but he's human. Personal animosities aside, enemy or not, the things we argue about really aren't that important in the grand scheme of things, are they?

Facing mortality, having mortality thrust upon you, none of this matters. Not in that light. We have no idea what this man is going through, or what he's been through. It's entertaining to speculate, to step into the arena and trade jabs. But in a time of suffering, he deserves grace. And quite genuinely, I pray for this man's peace.

The disgusting display by justiceforclaytonofficial, exploiting a man's grief to fuel your ongoing grift, to feed your fake followers and degenerate minions, is a cross I hope you inevitably become burdened to bear.

From @DailyMail - Radio legend's daughter looks frail as she appears in court over claims she tricked The Bachelor star into thinking she was pregnant with his baby after a one-night stand.

Echard's lawyer, Gregg Woodnick, told the Daily Mail in a statement: 'My understanding is that the plea discussions are ongoing, but any resolution that does not involve trial would require Ms Owens to acknowledge her culpability. Fabricating medical records, committing perjury and levying false accusations of rape are actions that demand accountability. Ultimately, if Ms Owens does not admit the malignant behavior via a plea, then a jury of her peers will be weighing the evidence.'

The state’s attorney said they extended the plea deadline because Laura’s attorney is relatively new and they had some minor issues with transmitting discovery. Laura’s attorney said a decision on the plea deal will be decided one way or the other by June 26th.

Days ago, soon-to-be-disbarred @DavidSGingras posted on X how everyone should be nicer to one another after @robertandre007 posted an apology video on his YouTube channel. I know, it's laughable that someone like Gingras should advise anyone on respectful behavior. Just days later, he insulted @LoudLilDucky on his blog and today called Rachel Juarez a bitch, demonstrating that no one should take him seriously EVER.

I realize, as a petty, insecure, raging misogynist and narcissist, it is unforgivable when a woman makes you look like the incompetent fool that you are - which is exactly what Rachel did to David during their debate on @RealitySteve's channel. Rachel ran circles around him in terms of her legal knowledge, highlighted his misunderstanding of case law, and generally made him look like an idiot. Throughout the debate, Rachel remained respectful, while David was obnoxious, condescending, and barely let her speak. David's narcissistic injury could not handle this, so he resorted to his typical behavior of disrespecting and insulting women. Let's remember folks, he only likes them when they are under 17...

Maybe this should be your new slogan for drunk driving.

According to Arizona lawyer @DavidSGingras, apparently drinking and driving is perfectly acceptable because “this is America, not Saudi Arabia.”

This is the same lawyer now attempting to avoid accountability for his SECOND DUI.

First, he claimed he didn’t drink.
Then police documented that he REEKED of alcohol.
Then he admitted he drank.
Then it was “only one.”
Then it became “a few over several hours.”
Now the argument appears to be that drinking and driving simply isn’t illegal.

Meanwhile, according to the report, his BAC was 0.112 after initially refusing testing.

From the DUI report:
“While speaking with David, I observed his eyes were bloodshot/watery and I could smell the odor of intoxicating liquors coming from his breath.”

This is a LAWYER.
