As expected George Russell DSQ from the Belgian Grand Prix - as pointed out en route to the airport by @bernie_collins1 the extra tread wear on the tyres due to the 1 Stop coupled with no ‘cool down’ lap to pick up rubber, could have contributed to George’s car being underweight. But no defence in a breech of the tech regs so this was always likely to be the only outcome
