It's been a delight to see the impact and change in children, growing in confidence and skills, and how a group of children partaking in our weekly youth programmes funded by @IslamicReliefUK and @Hullccnews Crime Prevention Fund is positively changing a community.

Love the ethos and the attitude of @thepeelproject. Looking forward to continuing to work together, on some exciting initiatives, over the next 12 months or so.
It's been a month since Hull's first Community #HealthFair. The Peel Project as part its mission to reduce health inequalities within Hull invited local health services to engage with residents in Central Ward. Check out the video: https://t.co/flT8ejOOVP
Then we joined @thepeelproject and basically it was joyous, a community hub made with love and belief. I saw firsthand the relationship the team have created with local people and it was beautiful! Plus I got an ice pop which was the best ice pop ever! 🙏🏼
In 2022 The Peel Project were successful in receiving a grant from @placesforpeople
The grant meant 680 children & young people have taken part in enrichening activities and helped to increase our capacity. Check out article below for more details

@LTHTBioResource@NIHRBioResource Thank you for attending our maiden Community Health Fair and help to promote and educate people from diverse backgrounds about health research. Really needed if we truly want to reduce health inequalities
@CHCPHull@ConiferHouse Thank you, especially for the effort and planning you did with your stalls and the activities, really thought out and engaging for the public that visited you.
We were pleased to have you and play your part to make this event a success.
Children had an empowering experience as they spoke with health providers including nurses and uniformed staff and took part in many fun educational activities at our Community Health Fair last week.
Delighted to bring health services into the community to break barriers 👏
