🚧 Construction update 🚧

Site infrastructure work continues as we prepare for vertical development in mid–late 2026. The Porter Rockwell Blvd box culvert is 65% complete, with 210,000 lbs of rebar and 913 cubic yards of concrete placed. Completion is expected in early 2026!
