@AmazonHelp I've been trying to give you money by purchasing something for days. 2 chats, 1 phone call, supposedly "escalated" to a "technical" team twice, and same issue. Today, I've been in chat and everyone either keeps transferring me or just "leaving" the chat, on agent 6.
@RogersHelps I've been calling the "technical support" line, and go through the menu for "technical issues" unless there's a completely unlisted number.
How is @Rogers support so bad?
My data keeps dropping so I called. Attempts:
1: queue full
2: on hold for 2 hrs, agent immediately hang up
3: on hold for 2 hrs, agent says replace SIM
(replace SIM at store)
4: queue full
5: agent says to do things I already tried, hangs up
