Three games, three wins.

Being in camp with the team last month was a privilege. We tested ourselves, seen the quality within this team and made a positive start towards AFCON 2027 Qualifiers.

There is still a long road ahead, but the direction is clear and the work continues. Grateful to represent South Africa and to everyone who continues to support Bafana Bafana.

A special thank you to His Excellency, President Ramaphosa, for paying us a visit whilst we were in Egypt. It was an honour to meet you and hear your words of encouragement. 🙏🏽🇿🇦 @cyrilramaphosa @presidencyza

The journey continues.

@Football__Stage Surprise Moriri has been deliberate and taken football very serious since his playing days. An honour that I have worked with him as a player and as a Coach.

And so, the work has started 🇿🇦.

It is a privilege to once again serve my country and lead our national team.

The responsibility is enormous, but so is the pride. We know what lies ahead. We know what this badge means to millions of South Africans.

@MbalulaFikile Thank you very much SG. You were beside me when we went to catch the Big Fish out of the Nile River in 2016.

Remembering the days of Rockville Hungry Lions. Every journey starts somewhere.

Taking the lessons of yesterday and passing them on to the coaches who will develop the players of tomorrow.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗠 𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗟?

We’ve assessed the challenges facing youth football and identified areas that need more attention. I don’t want to contribute to the complaints. I want to contribute to the solutions.

The question is: How do we show up and contribute to improve the quality of youth football?

Do you remember Chappie’s League?

Doc Khumalo certainly does. What may seem like a forgotten chapter of township football, played a pivotal role in shaping his journey, from Kaizer Chiefs to representing Bafana Bafana.

Sometimes, the leagues that don’t make the headlines are the ones that produce the stories we never forget.
