“We’re entering the Unity 6 generation”

Can’t help but think they’ve missed a trick of getting a wider user base with the Swifties by calling it their “Unity 6 Era”

From what I've heard from people on the inside, the mood has definitely been shifting after recent changes - and there does really seem to be a considered approach to how decisions are made. C-suite seem to be taking the time to listen to a broader range of voices.

#Unity have CANCELLED the runtime fees. Long overdue, damage done, shouldn't have been a thing etc etc. Takes a long time to come back from this, but it shows the new leadership taking vital steps back towards focussing on the users and consumers of Unity-based content. #GameDev
