19 states currently issues driver's licenses to non-citizens, with 15 of those 19 states engaging in automatic voter registration, which allows massive election fraud to occur with dirty voter rolls and millions of non-citizens voting.

On top of that, states like California allow ANYONE to vote with something as simple as a gym membership.
