@vintedUK @BBCNews @itvnews We have just lost £1320 on vinted, they refunded a buyer/scammer who claimed the box was empty on delivery. They have told us we packaged the parcel incorrectly which is wrong we double boxed with protection, huge unfair loss for a family business!
