@WesBank I eventually got assistance, literally took less than 5 minutes to resolve my query but had to hold for over 30 minutes. Please invest in a call system that is customer friendly and will inform when there’s congestion and how long they would potentially have to wait to get help
@WesBank_Support@WesBank I have been on a call with Wesbank insurance for over 25 mins. Just holding. No indication of a queue or which number I am in line. Just holding with blind faith & dwindling airtime. I think you need a better system that at least manages expectations

@Lukhanyo_19@Bavuma__@izibusisozonke Laughs as someone who did one tech course and is now 6 years into the profession… it’s not ideal but it’s very possible especially coupled with a compatible background and experience. Recruitment standards have changed drastically especially in tech
