What does Ofsted really mean by inclusion?

It's a word that appears throughout the inspection framework, but inclusion isn't a standalone initiative or a box to tick. It's reflected in the decisions schools make every day, from curriculum design and classroom practice to early intervention and support for pupils who need it most.
