We want to introduce Board Chair - Monica Hardman, a retired Master Sergeant from the Oklahoma City Police Department. “I wanted to open the minds of children who don't get to see and do what those more fortunate could do. That is exactly what TD has done for them in my eyes.”

Today, Suzette Chang talked about DEI, focusing on Public Transportation at Project 3810. When we talk about equity, we also need to address the issue of access to public transportation because it is essential to make it accessible for people with all levels of abilities.

The best way for kids to learn science is by it. When they are fully immersed in the learning process, concepts will begin to come naturally. That’s what we strive to achieve during steAm Learning Journey: kids engage in scientific activities and have fun along the way

[Thick Descriptions @thickdescript]

Kids had fun learning about the aviation industry in an engaging way thanks to the University of Oklahoma Sooner Flight Academy as a part of steAm Learning Journey with Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City Inc. #thickdescriptions #steAmlearningjourney
