@KyleDaniel88601 @diabolikdvd @dakotanoot they have in japan, but even in Japan not until recently. Scars of the Sun only got a DVD release last year and has been basically unavailable since the 80s. For Blow the Night too, that was released on DVD in 2018, but had been unavailable until then.

@KyleDaniel88601 @diabolikdvd @dakotanoot it's a lot easier for the customer to get around region locking than asking for a small distributor to have to buy worldwide rights on a title so it can be made accessible to everyone. Just not financially feasible (on top of all the other issues which arise)

Also, there's loads of free software on computer which can do the same. Can connect a laptop to TV easily
