@WestJet on hold for 3 HOURS for a canceled flight via email! Then got notice you rebooked our family of 4 - 2 days later. ZERO options given. Not acceptable. Plenty of airports to reroute. ANSWER. Any other option is ridiculous $$$
@WestJet You say to call you but the number has a recording saying not accepting any calls due to high call volume. Online same thing. Tried to use self-serve but I can't make any changes.
