@nixhaxor@hacks4pancakes 1Password because it works across all devices I own and after reading their whitepapers I trust their particular sync solution. I like paying them directly as it aligns my interests more closely with mine and I enjoy the family plan - having a shared vault with my wife is handy.
@tenderlove God yes. Not to mention the toolchains for managing text based config give you a lot of value for “free” - versioning, good diffing, you can generally use comments and all that good stuff!
@eric_lang hey we finally finished painting the big boi Chtulhu from Death May Die, figured you might enjoy a peek! https://t.co/rQl2dWgQIq #cmon#deathmaydie#chtulhu
@EdStern Seems counter productive to amplify voices on a separate channel. Unless you mean making a game dev only one, then I’d just follow both. Also seems like a way for shitheads to still follow you and claim no politics.
@expectproblems I would like to submit for additional evidence (though I can’t find a reference for this so apply grains of salt to taste): when he invented the saxophone, he publicly displayed it and dared anyone to copy it, filing for a patent only much later after the dare duration expired.
@locust9@metalhellsinger Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth, Fear Factory and for some throwback charm some Iron Maiden would be some of my dream picks (And super stoked you have Arch Enemy in there already!)
@BenKuchera This is definitely why I am no longer interested in the new big title thing that’s all over the discourse rn. You can judge morality of actions in games and you can make murder the only available verb but I get super irritated when those things are combined.
@ZGGaming I’m not up to date on vods yet so I’m not going too deeply into the hashtag but what I’ve seen so far has been excellent and your commentary is excellent - insightful and timely. You also work very well with the other casters, hope you get to cast more SC2 events in future! 👍
@mode7games The tech jargon also generally seems to serve the same purpose as a salesperson rattling off engine specs while trying to talk up a car. It lacks the specificity to be actually useful information but probably sounds impressive.
@MOOMANiBE I’m really enjoying your narrated run through the FFs! I have some nostalgia for the series but never went deep. Appreciate the thoughts and the opportunity to revisit!
@mode7games This season has been so great for Cool New Things! Scarlett v Rogue was an incredible series on this axis also. And more recently the RO16 TY v Solar, game 1 was wild. There’s also been some of the best SC2 ever this GSL (Dark v TaeJa in RO16)
@SimoRoth I really like @mode7games Nervous Testpilot stuff. But he’s in games too so you probably already have his tracks. He recently released an EP called Music for Code that’s definitely what it says on the tin!
