A portion of Opal Road (Range Road 224) is temporarily closed due to a truck blocking the road between Township Road 582 and 584. Please anticipate a brief delay and follow detour instructions.
Two bridge repair projects are underway. Work begins immediately on the bridge at Range Road 230 north of Township Road 584, followed by repairs at Range Road 224 north of Township Road 592, starting March 17.
Both roads will be closed to traffic for approximately three weeks.
All snow removal equipment has been deployed to address priority routes and hamlet areas to improve road conditions and support safe travel. Crews are working diligently to manage the impacts of the recent heavy snowfall.
