order arrived in. The lack of care in shipping was on your end, yet you’re asking me to cover the cost and effort to fix it. If this is how Snipes handles customer orders and returns, then people deserve to know.
Shipped Sneakers in a Bag & You Want Me to Buy a Box?
Hey @snipes_usa My package was delivered like this. Shoe box DESTROYED. I emailed your customer service asking for a replacement shoe box. They offered me a 10% refund 😳& no box. I told them I’ll just return the sneakers.
You shipped my sneakers in a plastic bag, the package arrived damaged, and now you want me to go out and buy a box just to return them? That’s ridiculous. I asked for a replacement box and instead was offered a 10% discount, which feels like a joke considering the condition the
I did and the new order did the same thing. The only way to get this off is to try to wash them first. I’ve been a customer of yours for 4 years. All my jeans have been delivered and the label came off clean.
@Torrid - How are you going to fix his!? 👀
Hey @Torrid I have an issue and I don’t want to blast you on social media AND I don’t want to feel away about your brand cause my whole closet is Torrid. Your jeans are delivering to me with residue from the label on them your #TalkToThePresident rep needs training.
Raven in the attached response refuses to replace these as this isn’t considered a defect. The exception they made the first time was after I went to your store to try to exchange them in person. The store did not have them and I needed to order them again.
