I’m an employer. We set pay based on availability of staff and current inflation. We don’t raise pay because we feel like it.

My claim has been ignored by the pet insurance company for weeks & I have just looked at referring it the ombudsman.
It seems the company has 8 weeks to reply to my complaint before they will consider it. Then it will take them 6 months to even process the complaint.
