So many friends and colleagues getting gongs, including stage manager legend Jenny Poh with a hugely deserved Lifetime Achievement, and James Berlyn winning the inaugural Ripple Effect Award, created in honour of dear friend Georgia Malone, who we lost last year. xx

Many of you will have noticed that last year, the UK leg of “Songs the World Will Never Hear” raised over £100K for Medecins Sans Frontieres, by giving away the proceeds of hundreds of VIP seats.
For the Australian leg of the tour, we decided we would raise money for various Women and Family Shelters and other organisations in the Domestic Violence space.
And I am very proud to finally share that the total amount was pretty damned close to $300,000.00. (We topped it up cos I like round numbers).
This allows us to donate $50K to each of these fantastic organisations:

As I toured around, I had the opportunity to meet and chat with the extraordinary people providing these - sadly vital - services.
