You need to read the constitution Donna. I cant disagree with some of your points because I was not there and do not have the facts. You added Mr Hill into the discussion and his removal of the whip had nothing to do with this episode at all, that I do know. My role was Chief Operations Officer at this point so dealing with your conduct and Mr Hills fell under the auspices of Richard Thompson so perhaps you should go and troll him and Ben.

Donna, I would have to defend Ben on that score. He did not silence anyone. If he determines that he does not want to publish his podcast because the podcast shows him or the party in a negative light that is his perogative. He did nothing unconstitutional, you attacked him online and were then removed from the party. That is fairly straight foward and to be expected in politics. I had no input into any of that. Did you make an official complaint?
