@Uber shame on your customer support. I filed a complaint about a driver having dye on their floor mats which stained the straps on a bag that I just bought and his now ruined, but all I was offered was a $5 credit. 💀 DO BETTER. I'm out $135 now on a ruined bag.

@boxycharm so confused as to why I keep getting things I’ve said that I want “rarely” on my makeup quiz. I logged in to confirm my answers... and she enough, I rarely want makeup brushes and setting powders, yet received both of these things this month. Super disappointed!!!
