We launched April 2nd 2024, just in time for Base to onboard the world.

Well, things don't always go according to plan but here at Toast we have stuck to our vision.
We built a strong treasury using top DeFi protocols on Base. Every week we harvest the yield to buy back and burn Toast.
Today, after our 2-year celebration burn, 15.34% of all Toast has been permanently removed. 🔥

The buys and burns will continue until supply shock drives up the price of Toast and 1 Toast = 1 ETH. When that happens we will shut the project down, cash out the Treasury and all remaining Toast can be redeemed for an equal share of the Treasury.

What is up next for Toast besides Treasury management and educating our community on DeFi?

Well, we are building a game to add more utility and deflationary pressure to the Toast token. A demo of the game is live in our telegram and will be rolled out soon to the public. It's fast, fun, and unforgiving like a classic arcade game. But it will be completely free to play, so save your quarters.

None of this would be possible without our incredible community, many of you have been here since day one and have even burned your own Toast to help us reach the endgame.

Base has been struggling for ages, I guess we decided it was time to talk about it.

The fix is super super easy. Retroactive funding.

Reward the people who built things that got attention, on boarded users, and are still here and grinding. Anyone who gave up, rugged, or jumped chains gets nothing.

Definitely get an EZ Pass if you go the toll route. You have time to set that up still and it will work for all the tolls.

@AfrikanerUSA And you could do Harrisburg to savanah in one long day. Skip a whole night in a hotel if you were up for a 12 hour drive.

If it was me I'd probably shoot for Harrisburg as you overnigh, way more options for a place to stay, so potentially a cheaper place. Then head south on 83 to 695 then 95 South. Eat the 1 last toll at Baltimore but cut many hours of drive time off the trip where you would be going west into the mountains only to have to come back east again to find 95 anyway.
