Finishing up my story from today and just thinking about what the Delano A's just did.

They missed the entire state tournament in 2023. After moving back to three classes, they were bumped up to Class B. They lost their ace pitcher Max Otto who's one of the best pitchers in the state. They joined one of the best, if the not best, leagues in the state. They batted through one of the toughest District Tournaments in the state and made it out. They caught fire at the right time getting contributions from all over the roster and are now state champions.
