Come in @Verizon you’re killing me! I pay top dollar for what you say is the best service around. Definitely doesn’t seem like it! SOS for most of the day again!!
To meet the need of warning attendees of outdoor events, such as fairs or concerts, I developed this system a number of years ago that is still be utilized. The Levitt at the Falls in Sioux Falls is one such venue that uses it. I wish more would! Feel free to contact me.
@alcoholabus3 The National Weather Service does not have one regrettably, so I would say your favorite TV weather station that you trust. The information just needs to come from a credible source, not from ones pretending to be a Meteorologist and there are many who do that!
I’ve been involved with weather for 40 years and I think the public’s response to warnings is worse than it ever has been. Many reasons for it, such as access to conflicting weather info or the idea that it never happens. What would it take for you take shelter before the storm?
@AdamLucioWX But who’s responsible for doing that and does it truly matter? Warnings are good but ultimately it’s up to the individuals themselves to act after hearing the message or seeing the threat
@HEPhillips70502@AdamLucioWX What good did that do? The tornado already form and could’ve hit something. Warnings should be issued before it forms so people can take action correct?
Developing and strengthening circulation was the reason behind Tornadoes Warning issuance! If you’re in the warning, keep your eyes to the sky and move to shelter if threatening weather approaches!
Warnings being issued for hailers in southwest MN. Question for the evening is will the atmosphere recover for more storm development. Pretty stable behind lead trough!
