@RNR_0 Everything is downstream from health. Put everything aside and focus exclusively on body/health/fitness... Bloods, Diet, Supplement, Train, Sleep, etc etc. Once you're feeling great, strong, sleeping well, bouncing out of bed, reintroduce some of the many things you're doing.
@ChaelSonnen If you were a young man starting out in the martial arts/fight game, and you wanted to become the most complete fighter possible, what would be the initial and order of style choices / progression of your training?
@gregogallagher Great shape. Honesty is great too (admitting you have low discipline). The only way to improve it is working at it (not chemically replacing it). 📈
