@WeAreAustinTV@AustinFC Players are checked out. No fire lit under them. Too complacent. Can't wait until after the break. Sad Showing and Display of a game. Meh at least we know now that certain players do need to leave this club. Rebuild will take a while but at least we can hope for a better future
@joeclowery@TotalSoccerShow Good take & I agree. Facundo is not a creator. He is more a finisher or adds depth with a high press style that he will undoubtedly be useful which he has not been. Bukari same thing. Only playmaker we had is gone which was Driussi but he needed help, which Austin didn't provide
@WeAreAustinTV Wilfred Nancy, Jim Curtin, Marcelo Gallardo, Gonzalo Pineda. A man can dream. Honestly, as long as the future coach is attack minded, likeable, can be flexible and adaptive then ill be content
@mayraflorez Facts! Never believed in his credibility in the first place especially how he would speak in media press conference and sound all grandiose and down talk the fans as if we were dumb. That man just ate some humble pie. Glad he is gone for good.
@WeAreAustinTV@AustinFC Definitely the right decision. Terrible recruitment. Handled the Academy and MLS NEXT players badly. Hired an incompetent coach. The FO really wants to win and knows that we can be competitive. Results since Rodo came in have been worse, not better. Fraud of a Sporting Director
@WeAreAustinTV Thank you FO! I called for Rodo when he brought in Nico last season. This season even more with questionable signings. He needed to go. 2 for 1 combo, made my Monday. I knew deep down that this club wants to compete, and only way to prove to the fans was this decision made today
@WeAreAustinTV His JOB is TO LEAD and MOTIVATE! To bring the best out of his players. If he can't do that, if he is letting things fly in training or seeing players slacking and not giving effort during games. Why keep starting them? Bench em. This proves that it is time to move on from Nico
@WeAreAustinTV He already got to know most of the roster for almost 2 years. What does that have to do with him still sucking in tactics and gameplanning. New coach won't have favorites and will have unbiased opinions. He would be cut throat and get rid of players not worth using
@WeAreAustinTV For me, this year pre-season was an early red flag and momentum of how the season was going to play out. Especially when we had players if I'm not mistaken red carded. Plus the ideas where not there. This was already written from the start that Nico was not the coach
@WeAreAustinTV You don’t chant ‘you’re getting sacked in the morning’ at your own manager. That’s dumb. But the sunshine pumping and holier than thou attitude from the supporters groups is exhausting. Feels like they are there more for the experience than winning the football games.
@JoeyPopRocks@WeAreAustinTV Agreed. Its really frustrating to watch, no grit or heart, no soul or identity. This club is failing the fanbase. Making the city into a joke in the league and country. Just outright embarrassing.
@ParkerWrig98498@WeAreAustinTV Nico said 11 points. Well, he failed. We will have a rough schedule going foward. He needs to resign if he has any self respect and dignity.
