An application for divorce, nullity or civil partnership dissolution goes up from £612 to £628.
An application for a financial order, now £313, will be £321.
Children Act section 8 order appns (s10(1) or (2) Children Act 1989) go up from £263 to £270.

Just got dates following a First Appointment this week, in a financial remedy case, for the Financial Dispute Resolution hearing. Dates offered by the court are for September & October, up to 5 months away. Non-court dispute resolution (NCDR) is a better way in so many cases.
@MyCafcass have published their data for 1 April 2025-31 March 2026, citing headline findings that: In March 2026 Cafcass received 5,691 new children’s cases (8,710 children), this represents the highest monthly demand since March 2021. Private law demand increased by 8.2%.
