Valued ToppsNFT Collectors!

We are excited to announce that by the end of Q3 (September) we will be providing the option for collectors to migrate NFTs to 3rd party marketplaces. Specifically:

- The transfer is exclusive to select ToppsNFT assets.

- Once transferred, NFTs will not be sellable or tradeable on ToppsNFT.

- Unopened packs will not be eligible for transfer.

Additionally, we will introduce international
withdrawals. Collectors in approved international countries will be able to withdraw cash balances directly

efforts to unlock alternative marketplace solutions for collectors and will provide a timeline update when available. To enable us to focus these items, we are pausing additional drops.

First, we’d like to recognize that the past 12 months have been challenging for the global web3 community, ToppsNFT not excluded.

In January 2023, our custodial wallet and market payments solutions suddenly discontinued service. It took us some

based in NY or TX. Our vendors are working with the states to enable functionality in these locations.

Going forward, we are working with our developer to identify platform improvements as the AVAX blockchain and NFT technology continues to evolve. We are also continuing our

We are very excited to announce the marketplace will be re-activated on September 12, 2023. The team has been working in partnership with Fortress (our new wallet provider) to replace services formerly provided by Wyre. We appreciate your patience and continued support of the Topps NFT platform.

As a thank you, we are giving away free NFT packs to eligible users. To be eligible for the free NFT packs, you must complete the KYC process for your new Fortress wallet. KYC verification will be available once the marketplace is re-activated. You will receive the free NFT packs in late September. The deadline to complete KYC and be eligible for the airdrop giveaway is September 29th.

On June 2nd, we began the process of migrating NFT collections from one database service to another. As of today June 13th, the migration is complete. Please be aware that you may experience some latency over the next few days. Topps NFTS Collectors, beginning today June 2 - June 5 our team will be migrating user NFT collections from one database service to another. During this database transition, you may experience an error loading NFTs. Impacted services may include: viewing collections, searching for specific NFTs as well as sorting and filtering collections and notifications. Once the migration is complete, we will let our collectors know.
