Irish Yoghurt & Raspberry Smoothie

125g Irish natural yogurt
100ml Irish milk
100g frozen raspberries
1tsp honey
10g kale

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.

@imnotleah Hi Leah, you receive a ticket to Electric Picnic once you complete the cycle or run and have fundraised the total amount of money to participate. There is also an option to participate if you have your own ticket so just ensure you choose the correct option!

First up - Ronald Mc Donald House Charities. This is home to families of sick children from all over Ireland while their child is treated in hospital in Dublin.
