✔️Pricing and size: Shares priced at 8.66 yuan each. The company expects to raise about 57.9 billion yuan (~$8.55–8.6 billion) before any overallotment/greenshoe option. Full exercise of the option could take proceeds to roughly 66.6 billion yuan. This is roughly double the earlier target of ~29.5 billion yuan.
✔️ Shares and valuation: Approximately 6.69–6.7 billion shares offered (about 10% of post-issuance capital). Implied market capitalization at IPO pricing is around 579 billion yuan (~$85–85.5 billion).
✔️ Demand: Extremely strong, particularly from retail investors. The online/retail tranche was oversubscribed more than 200 times
