This is a common misconception with invasive species that destroy ecosystems. Whether animal or plant, the concept explained here plays out similarly in every case I've seen.
@MenisP@eurorabbit The UK wouldn't roll over if the US invaded, and the opposite is also true. I won't say this analogy is NEVER accurate, because I am sure there are examples one could use throughout history. The US would never allow an invading force whether it's from MX, CA, or any other ally.
@MenisP@eurorabbit A civil war is a war between organized groups within a state. Calling Russia's attack on Ukraine, a separate, sovereign nation a civil war is just a lazy way of pushing propaganda on people who don't know basic geography or history. Your example of UK & US is awful too. 1/2

@TJStats Attribute would you choose as 100%? Not your personal favorite, but what do you think would make them the best pitcher possible? A certain kind of break? High pitch selection? There's so many options to choose from.
