This scam isn't getting funny.
I have people around that uses Airtel without an issue and yet each time I subscribe, I get no Internet save WhatsApp application.

At this point, I don't mind a refund.
I lost interest already.

I think the mistake I made in so many years was to buy the Airtel ODU
The seller promised as much support as possible when I wanted to buy it, but once I paid, then everyone started ghosting me
The installer said 250kbps is enough for me

Since Monday, I was told that the branch manager would call me, till now he hasn't (very bad).
The installer said he will come on Tuesday to check and requested for money, till now, I haven't seen him.
Just tell me who treats a customer like this.

They promised to call the sellers and also see why I'm having that issue.
I hope it gets fixed early.
