Today, Tomorrowland is hosting its annual Buurtfeest, a special day dedicated to the local community. The festival recognizes that an event of this scale inevitably impacts the people who live around De Schorre, from increased traffic and noise to the general disruption caused by thousands of visitors.

As a way of giving back and maintaining a strong relationship with its neighbors, around 15,000 local residents from Boom, Rumst and the surrounding Rupel region are invited to enjoy the festival grounds and experience Tomorrowland for themselves between the two festival weekends.

Tomorrowland's 2026 Mainstage, Consciencia, is built around the World of Emotions, with six different faces representing six emotional provinces from The Legend of Consciencia.

At the center is Amutaz, the monumental face that carries every human emotion within it. The six provinces surrounding it each embody a different feeling:

Wonder — magical clouds that change shape to reflect the emotions and thoughts of their citizens.

Joy — flowers and bees symbolizing happiness, energy and optimism.

Desire — elegant birds representing the aspirations and passions that lift people's hearts.

Love — butterflies symbolizing the evolving nature of love and the lightness it brings.

Anger — a rugged landscape of stone and rock reflecting the raw power, honesty and intensity of this emotion.

Sadness — deserted beaches and expanses of sand where colors gently fade, capturing reflection and melancholy.
