You already know that Easton won the team title at Trojan Wars. Add on the Most Outstanding Wrestler award to the Red Rovers' Noah Fenner. The No. 6 seed won at 139 pounds with a defensive fall in 1:11 over Tanner Guenot of BEA.

At 189, Michael Spielman of Strath Haven just earned his 125th career victory in the final, 11-2 over Justin Cosover of Easton. He now has the Panthers' school record for wins.

Skyline, VA has wrapped up second place with 175.5 points, with Gettysburg holding on to third, just half a point ahead of Conwell Egan (124.5-124).

Easton has already clinched the team championship, racking up 211.5 points before the finals, in which the Red Rovers have 3 competitors. They also had two 3rds, a 4th and a 5th.

In that 3rd period, Bechtold racked up 4 takedowns and a stalling point and got the crowd's attention. Brown, however, held on for a wild 17-13 victory.

Brown bolted to an 11-0 lead after one period, and 14-0 after two. But Bechtold hit takedown to open the 3rd, which lit a spark, and Brown seemed to be flagging.

One semifinal bout that we failed to mention earlier, but should: at 215, defending Trojan Wars and PIAA champion Elijah Brown of Belle Vernon had to really break a sweat to hold off Decker Bechtold of Owen J. Roberts.

Two more wrestlers hit the 100-win milestone today. Tanner Guenot of BEA did it in an 8-6 semifinal win at 139 over Brayden Sigel of Downingtown West, while Carter Smith of Bangor did it in a 133-pound consolation match.
