@BraveUSA1776 Hi there! We are sorry to hear about this, but are happy to help out. If you can DM us your order information, we can see what we can do.
@platoda Hi there! We are sorry to hear about this situation but are happy to see what can be done. If you can send us a private message with your information, we can check in on your order. We look forward to your reply!
@TJPalmz11 Hi there! It depends on whether you purchased directly through Tuft & Needle and if your order has already shipped. If you purchased directly through T&N then you can give us a quick call at 877-842-2586 and we can contact FedEx (or another shipper depending on the item) for you.
In 2012, we put a mattress in a box and sent it to your front door. But we didnโt just want to make mattress buying easier, we wanted to make sleep better.

@post_survival We're very sorry to hear about your experience with our mattress. But we would like to help. If you would please send us a direct message with your information and more details about your experience, we would be happy to take a look. We look forward to hearing from you.
@j40257 Hi there! Please do not flip your mattress over. It is a one-sided mattress and is not meant to be flipped. However, you can DM us your order info and we can help you get started on a warranty claim if you would like. Please let us know! Cheers, The T&N Team
@sbvertigo I'm so glad we were able to help and get that taken care of for you and your grandmother. Please let us know if you have any further questions or requests. In the meantime, have a great evening! Cheers, The T&N Team
@sbvertigo Hi there! For the warranty claim, we would not have you send the mattress back to us. You may donate or dispose of it how you see fit once a replacement is sent. However, we would at least need to see photos of the mattress in order to process the warranty claim.
@FrankSchloegel Hi Frank! No, you should not flip your mattress. It has a top and bottom layer and you don't want to sleep on the bottom layer. Also, the cover is not meant to be removed so please leave it in place & spot clean it. Let us know if you have other questions. Cheers, The T&N Team
