3/3 It adapts in real time to each student’s pace, reinforcing learning through conversation rather than instruction.
The future of learning is here, it’s human-centered, rigorous, and inclusive.
1/3 427 applications. 6 finalists. 1 winner. TUMO just took first place in the $1M @WISE_Tweets Prize for Education. Based on the idea of using AI to teach AI, our AI colearner platform and new GenAI curriculum were recognized for being highly innovative, effective and scalable.
2/3 TUMO’s AI doesn’t teach students, it learns alongside them. When students master a concept, the AI asks for help. When they’re stuck, it goes first and lets them follow.
7/7 TUMO took part in this year’s program as one of the organizations rethinking how teens learn in a world shaped by technology.

1/7 On November 21, at @EmCollective’s annual Demo Day in San Francisco, our CEO Marie Lou Papazian spoke about her own path and TUMO’s growth from Armenia to a network that has reached more than 100,000 teens in fifteen countries.
6/7 Each year, Emerson hosts Demo Day to shine a light on leaders, companies, organizations, and ideas from across its portfolio that are working on these complex challenges through short demos, performances, and a keynote conversation.
1/5 The World Innovation Summit for Education has highlighted TUMO’s AI tools and curriculum with a series of videos and reports. Our co-learner platform turns learning into an active, conversational process with the help of adaptive AI peers.

1/3 Arevik showed up to TUMO with crocheted penguins and a habit of making things simply because they felt interesting. Then curiosity snowballed. Animation turned into logic. Logic turned into code. Code turned into systems that think.
2/3 Today she works in artificial intelligence and is part of the country’s first graduating cohort in the new Artificial Intelligence Systems bachelor’s program at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia.
